Program Description:

chile 2Chile is a country full of variety! Travel through its extensive and unique geography- from the northern deserts up to the ski centers in the Andes mountain range to the beautiful ecological reserves in Patagonia.  Learn more about Chile and what is has to offer on the university website.

chile 7Santiago
Santiago is the capital city and main urban center of Chile, in addition to being the seventh largest city in Latin America in terms of population.  This city is large enough to have plenty of activities but has the safety and feel of a smaller city.  Santiago is the third-ranked city in Latin America with the best quality of life.

Around 500 Kilometers south of the capital of Chile lies the city of Concepción, known for its university outdoor activities, cultural diversity and bohemian lifestyle.  Just one hour away from the city you can find the Chilean Hot Springs where you can ski, practice adventure sports and enjoy the incredible mountain landscape. This small city becomes the perfect alternative for an academic exchange.
